Magreth’s Journey
Magreth completed her primary education she performed well to continue for further studies but was unable to continue to secondary school due to her family’s low income and limited awareness of the importance of education. As a result, she began working as a maid to support herself. After hearing about the Bonga Project from a community leader, which offers life skills and vocational training to youth, she enrolled with the support of her guardian. through the project, Magreth has strengthened her self-confidence, enhanced her life skills, and acquired practical tailoring skills. She now aspires to continue develop her skills and to establish her own tailoring business, using her skills to generate income and support an independent and dignified life.
