Suleiman’s Journey
We are committed to empowering young people particularly those who are out of school or facing social and economic barriers to lead dignified, resilient, and productive lives. Through the Bonga program, Suleimani has acquired essential life skills that have strengthened his self-confidence and self-awareness. The program also created a platform for him in learning and collaborate, enabling him to work with his fellow youth in a recycling initiative. Together, they repurpose glass bottles into drinking glasses. This practical skill, which extends beyond the standard curriculum, provides Suleimani with income-generating opportunities while promoting environmental conservation. The initiative both reduces waste and produces marketable products that generate sustainable income.
